When I first logged onto Lizaro Casino, the welcome bonus of 200 free spins on the slot Starburst caught my eye, and it was the only thing that made the site feel different from the dozens of other UK operators.
What Lizaro Offers
Lizaro’s catalogue contains more than 350 games from three major developers: NetEnt, Microgaming and Evolution Gaming. The live‑casino section, in particular, features five tables of blackjack and a single roulette table that runs 24/7. For a mobile user, the app is available on both iOS and Android, and the web interface adapts smoothly to a 5‑inch screen.
Bonus Structure and Promotions
The welcome package is split into two parts: a 100% deposit match up to £200 and 200 free spins on Starburst. After the first deposit, the next three months offer a rotating 10% cashback on net losses, which is rare among UK casinos. However, the wagering requirement for the free spins is 35x, which means you’ll need to spin roughly 7,000 times before you can withdraw any winnings.
Payment Options and Payout Speed
Deposits can be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and the popular UK‑based service Paysafecard. Withdrawals are processed in two ways: bank transfer, which takes 3–5 business days, and instant e‑wallets, which settle within 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal is £20, and the casino charges a flat £3 fee for all payouts.
Customer Support and Reliability
Live chat is available 24/7, and the response time is usually under 30 seconds. Email support replies within 12 hours on weekdays. The FAQ section covers most common issues, but it lacks a dedicated section on responsible gambling tools, which could be a drawback for players who prefer clear self‑exclusion options.
Pros and Cons Summarised
- Pros
- Large game library with frequent updates.
- Competitive 10% cashback offer.
- Fast e‑wallet withdrawals.
- Cons
- High wagering requirement on free spins.
- Limited self‑exclusion features.
- Bank transfer withdrawals are slow.
Final Thoughts
If you’re a UK player looking for a casino that balances a solid selection of slots with a generous cashback scheme, Lizaro Casino is worth a try. The only hesitation comes from the steep wagering terms on the free spins and the lack of robust responsible‑gambling controls. For those who value quick payouts and a broad game range, Lizaro delivers on those fronts.
